Announcing a new Meetup for Windy City Explorers!

What: Grant Park Art & Celtic Fest

Joe Steffen will lead a 2.5 mile walk through the seldom visited gardens on the fringes of Grant Park, where there are many sculptures, statues, and monuments:
We will follow this route:

Afterwards, we can listen to music and watch Celtic dancing and the Scottish heavy athletics competition including the caber (telephone pole) toss at the free Celtic Fest:
There is continuous music and dancing on 7 stages. The music is based on the traditional music of Ireland, Scotland and Brittany.
