Otium Cellars!

Let’s shake off the winter blues at Otium Cellars, which is located just outside of Purcellville (between the golf course and Franklin Park). The vineyard was planted in 2007 and is home to several German varietals as well as many of the standard Virginia varietals (all grapes are estate grown). Otium is generously giving the VA Wine Club Members a 15% discount on all tastings, glasses and bottles of wine during this visit, so be sure to tell them you are with the VA Wine Meet Up in order to get the discount. We have reserved the upper level of the winery, although if it is a super nice day we can sit under their gazebo, which is quite posh. They allow outside food to be brought in, so feel free to bring something to share with the group! They also sell the usual winery fare. http://www.otiumcellars.com/

My sincere apologies! I see right now at 2:43 PM that I was added to event. I did not have online access this morning (rare occurrence) and am so sorry. This will not happen again. I truly wish I could have gone.

Thanks, and I am looking forward to seeing you all out there.

    Hi Gang,

As a reminder for the 20 of you that have RSVP yes, please be courteous to the folks on the "Wait list" by updating your RSVP if you know you or your plus one cant make it!!! The last couple of meetups we did have quite a few folks dropping out with only a few hours notice. This is not fair to the others. Regards,,, Dan
