When in West U,Drink as The French Do! French Country Wines&Bistro des Amis BYOB

Hello Wine Lovers,

I recently attended a French Wine Dinner at Bistro des Amis with some of you, and we enjoyed some delicious wines from French Country Wines. I've been wanting to revisit French Country Wines for a while, and the rose I tried at the dinner has given me the incentive to return! If you've never enjoyed rose, you need to try this one - it will convert you! French Country Wines has also recently increased the size of their tasting room, and I'm anxious to see it, and happy that more of us will fit there!

Afterwards, we'll head over to Bistro des Amis with our wines. Bistro des Amis allows BYOB - the cork charge is $8.50.  They have a delicious looking prix fixe menu (see bottom of event listing) for only $27.95(excluding tax & gratuity). BTW I would not even attempt to find parking - just pull directly up at the restaurant and pay the $4.00 valet charge - it is not worth the headache to find other parking (besides, you CAN'T find other parking LOL)

 

French Country Wines is proud to introduce a selection of artisanal wines, hand-made and estate bottled, from small family-owned vineyards in specially selected areas of France.

The wines are traditionally crafted by the owners of these vineyards using agricultural and wine making methods handed down from generations of tradition.  No herbicides, pesticides or synthetic fertilizers are used in the process.  Many of these vineyards are certified organic and others farmed bio-dynamically.

The quality of these wines is unmistakeable and the prices are kept low.
