Lamb Confit on Brioche Rounds with Garlicky Flageolet Beans and Crispy Shallots We are pairing this with a Sugar Loaf Mountain Vineyard Comus (Bordeaux Blend) - remember the wine maker is from Bordeaux. Both Carla Hall and Jim McKenna, owner of Sugar Loaf Mountain Vineyards, will be with us at the ethnic food and wine pavillion, with presentations from Carla at 12:15pm and 1:15pm. This Lamb and Bordeaux blend pairing is one of the 3 tastes you can get at the European food and wine table for ONLY $15 for all 3.
