An evening of mingling at the Press Club-SF + optional dinner

RSVP is must: Please do not show up without RSVP. If you couldn't RSVP here, call me. It's a private event. We need to keep track of headcount. Providing safe environment for members is my first priority. It's a wine tasting event; please drink carefully.

People join Meetup to do just that, meetup: to mingle and network, whether it's to find a significant other or a significant deal. The stylish Press Club wine bar offers a great opportunity to do this.

In addition to being gracious and pleasant hosts, Howard, Marci and Gary get the high turnouts they do for their wine gatherings because they provide events that allow their members and guests to enjoy meeting quality people while sampling quality wines.

Now we'll give it a try.

Members can click on the venue website to learn about the beverages being served which include an appealing list of beers, which would be my choice. Plus some small plates. This event is being co-sponsored by several other Meetups, so expect a fun and sophisticated evening of socializing. And bring a guest or two. The 'flight director' will be Rahul who recently organized a terrific event at VIno Locale in Palo Alto. Rahul will provide info on dinner location closer to the event

Friends, I hope you had a fabulous time yesterday. This was a party of the most beautiful people. As we know that beautiful people are also desirable, I always want to take pictures with desirable men and women. Everyone who showed up was so beautiful that I find my self very lucky. Now, I don't have to call princes, princesses, or "so called beautiful people from Hollywood" to get photographed with them. I'm posting pictures from on Meetup and Facebook.

It's clear from last night that members will pay a premium for a glass of wine and some nibbles if they can mix and network with a wide range of people in a handsome setting, all of which Press Club provided. The wine, while appreciated, takes a back seek to the mingling. I have been emphasizing the educational aspects of vino and I see I have to go back to the drawing board. Kudos to Rahul or reserving the space (though drinks were marked up even higher) and running a good gathering.

I've found 4 options for dinner. These options are going through selection process, based on their past reviews, behavior, and services. I'll update the dinner place by Friday for sure. ( :) )
