West Coast Blends Food and Wine Pairing

    Whether I can attend something that far away on a weeknight depends on the status of the shutdown. If I'm still furloughed, I'll probably sign up & will RSVP at that time.

    In the meantime, I contacted them & asked if a menu had been decided on & received the following info:

    The menu for the West Coast Blends Tasting is: 1st Course: Seared Scallop w/ Roasted Fennel Puree, Pickled Watermelon, Kumquat, Arugula – Finished with a Blood Orange Sauce
    2nd Course: Pork Belly with Roasted Baby Carrots, Cauliflower Puree, Finished w/ Pork Jus
    3rd Course: Butter Seared Gnocchi w/ Golden Chanterelle Mushroom, Tri Color Heirloom Tomato, Roasted Garlic, Spinach Pesto & Shaved Pecorino Romano
    4th Course: Tellicherry Pepper Crusted Prime Rib of Beef with Truffled Potato L’Auberge & Horseradish Bernaise
