Hi David,
I will not be going to Europe this year the Euro is way too strong still. I will be going to Guatemala, El Savador, Chile, Honduras, Paraguay and Peru in October. Let me know if you have connections in that part of the world.

Well, as summer is officially here and some of you may be planing a trip to Europe, let me suggest a great experience... I have connections with and I am a member of Meetup groups in London, Paris, Edinburough and Nice.
Let me have your travel dates and I will let you know what meetups may coincide with your visit.
My friend Rob met me in Edinbourough and we visited the Edinbourgh Wine Meetup... They were incredibly hospitable and took us in as one of their own... it was so much fun... One of the highlights of my years in Europe. Rob also visited my Wine Lovers, International, Cote d'Azur Meetup, while visiting Nice... So did Elizabeth and Barbara... It's a great way to meet the locals and experience the place away from the tourists... Highly recommend this...
The London Tasting Tours, Meetup group has over 2,500 members and two of the Paris Meetups have over a 1,000 members each... Nice, has a few smaller groups... And at all of these Meetup's, you can get by with speaking English and should you practice some French on them, they will just love you for it.
Anyhow, just thought I would make this suggestion...
Best wishes
