The Menu.

  First Course


Freshly sliced red fish and blue crab claw meat tossed with fresh lemon, lime, orange juice, citrus zest, sliced red onion, cilantro, avocado, served over a bed of fresh pea tendrils.

  Conundrum White Blend

  *** Second Course


Fresh sea scallops smoked in house, served over a birds nest of zucchini and roasted beet and potatoes puree, topped with fresh béarnaise.

  Mer Soleil Chardonnay Barrel Fermented

  *** Third Course


Fresh Long Island duck grilled and topped with a port cherry reduction paired with braised short ribs.

  Belle Glos Las Alturas Pinot Noir

  *** Fourth Course


Olives stuffed with smoked cheddar, Serrano ham, and aged gouda, marinated in olive oil with rosemary and thyme.

  Caymus Vineyards Special Selection Cabernet Sauvignon

***   Fifth Course


Freshly baked pound caked served with wild berries and lemon zest.
