Reds, probably Sagrantino -- and a classic Cabernet. For whites, I've been enjoying Vinho Verde for awhile and am interested in learning more about whites.
I live in Durham close to dowtown, so most of my wine buying happens at Whole Foods.
Oh my, there are so many. At Badia e Coltibuono in Chianti, we toured an old cellar housing their oldest vintages from the late 1800s/early 1900s.
I'm somewhat new to RDU. I've lived all over the US and in Italy, where my love of and interest in wine really developed. Looking forward to learning more about wine and enjoying it with others!
