Discover the Physiology of Taste... Understand your senses, learn how to identify by sight, smell, and taste the components of wine. Learn to identify the flavors, aromas, and textures of wine, and accurately be able to describe them. This class allows you to experience each of the the components of wine individually, by tasting, smelling, and feeling their texture.

Learn how to blind taste like the professionals, identify all of those "buzz words" that are on the back labels of your favorite wine. By the end of the class, you will be able to clearly identify the 5 key components of wine, and accurately describe the flavors, textures, and aromas in wine, for example, "Black Cherries, with notes of tobbacco and cedar box"...

After you've mastered the skills of the physiology of taste, there will be a chance to put your skills to work, with a selection of several fine wines from all over the world for your taste, evaluate, and enjoy.

The class is limited to just 25 people, and NO walk in's will be accepted. ADVANCED RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
