I am a new member of the list.  I am also the Events Director for Stacey's at Waterford.  Would the group be interested in holding an event there?   I can pretty much create any type of wine event.  I have full range of the restaurant.  Sundays we are generally closed, but we'll open for a meetup event if the group is interested.   How about a Wine & Dine Pairing?  Or a tasting with multiple wineries?  We have ramped up Murder Mystery Dinners, it would be a blast to do a Wine Tasting & Murder Mystery combined. 
 
We pride ourselves in our wine list and adding more local wines very soon.
