Sonoma County - few other areas in America encompass such varied climates all so close to one another, so let's dive in and see what makes this wine producing region so special. Viticulturally speaking, Sonoma County is divided into three distinct sections: Sonoma Valley, Northern Sonoma and Sonoma Coast. Each of these has its own AVA title and encompasses several sub-AVAs within its boundaries. These particular wines are in the North Coast AVA, and belong to the sub AVAs listed next to them. We hope that this will be instructional as to the type and flavor of wines you can get from that region.
Come join us on Thursday, September 26th from 6:30 - 7:30 PM at the Community Tap as we check out the three primary American Viticulture Areas of Sonoma, including Dry Creek, Russian River and the Sonoma Coast.
