Chef Mark of the Weaversville Inn will be preparing a special treat --Bananas Foster-- for members of Lehigh Valley Wine Tours on SUN MAR 22 for our upcoming Historic Birthday Party! Bananas Foster is a popular, delicious, and FUN dessert which excites all the senses. I believe that Chef Mark will be preparing a flambe version!
