Chef Mark Prostko, owner of the Historic Weaversville Inn, proudly invites members of Lehigh Valley Wine & Dine to enjoy an afternoon of fine food, BYOB wines and fun! Chef Mark is offering a tableside preparation of Bananas Foster as a special after dinner treat to members of Lehigh Valley Wine Tours.

The Weaversville Inn is located in a Historic Country Inn in Northampton PA, just minutes away from Lehigh Valley International Airport. and serves Regional American Cuisine carefully prepared by Chef/Owner Mark Prostko.

We will need a good reason to celebrate, so a little research has shown that March 22 is the birthday of:
