Brig. General Kerry Denson on "Developing & Maintaining a Motivated Workforce"

Our Wisconsin Business Owners Meetup Network meets Friday, December 5, 2008 starting at 11:30 at Maxwell's in the Best Western Midway, 1005 S. Moorland Road, Brookfield. This combined November/December meeting is held the first Friday in December to accommodate the busy schedules during the holiday season.

Our December topic is "Developing & Maintaining a Motivated Workforce" presented by Brigadier General Kerry D. Denson, a highly decorated combat pilot who has lead every size organization from his own aircraft crew to over 7700 soldiers.

General Denson gives a down to earth, take home and use presentation on leadership. His delivery is a humorous, dynamic, pay attention method that has earned him the respect of his former military leaders and today’s business and industry leaders. He will tailor his presentation to first line supervisors, mid level management or senior organizational leaders. After this experience you will do something better for you, your subordinates and your organization beginning TOMORROW!

He draws on his more than forty years of leadership experience. During his career he set goals and objectives for units training for combat and selected the leaders that lead these units into combat. His military awards include the Distinguished Service Medal, Silver Star, Distinguished Flying Cross, Bronze Star, Purple Heart, 35 Air Medals and various other awards. He is a graduate of the US Army Command and Staff College, the US Air Force Air War College and numerous military training courses. He holds a degree in Business Administration. General Denson has spent a career selecting leaders and then Teaching, Coaching and Mentoring them to success.

General Denson uses his skills and experience to inspire and gives examples of down to earth leadership that will have an immediate positive impact on your leaders, employees and organization.
