Ann Mazer - our resident HR expert - will deliver our 'Newsreel' - taking a few minutes to get us up-to-date with important changes in local and state employment regulations.

Paul Parsons, an accomplished business strategist and exceptional coach with FocalPoint Coaching of Wisconsin will deliver the feature presentation - talking with us about the measure of difference between good and great.

Using effective questioning techniques combined with sound business acumen and perceptiveness, Paul consistently helps his clients’ achieve their maximum potential while remaining focused on the bottom-line impact to the business. Paul’s diverse background includes sales, marketing, training, consulting and motivational speaking.

Cost is $30 (cash) at event , or $20 (credit card) with advance reservations here at Meetup.

Fee covers standard lunch, desert, soft beverage, gratuity, & the speaker...in other words, everything.

ITINERARY

11:15 NEW - earlier arrival allows more networking time

12 noon Fish Fry 3 pieces, beer batter or broiled, French Fries, with New England clam chowder/or all you can eat salad bar.

12:15 - 25 second commercials during lunch

12:30 - finishing up with lunch...

12:35 - Speaker introductions

SPEECHES ARE VIDEOTAPED - Your attendance means you may be shown on tape.

12:40 Speaker - 18 to 24 minute presentation, 6 to 12 minutes of questions.

1:15 End - or continue to network. The host generally talks for hours afterward at the Cali's Lounge bar.

Treat yourself to the last Friday afternoon of the month 'off' to work on your business, not just in your business.

Just couldn't have been better! Terrific speakers once again. Ann caught us up on HR laws in minutes. Paul made me rethink this economy and how I communicate. Got to see old friends and met a lot of new people - and hope to count them among valued friends and associates. Spoke with the executive chef afterward - they're bringing back the buffet & sous chef just for our group! We also have the option of a larger room down the hall if needed - and at the rate we're going, we may need it!
