Re: [web-57] March 9 ... announcement

Hi Everyone,

I'm very interested in attending all of the meetups if
there is no conflict in my teaching and committment
schedules.

I am a novice, but, would love to learn and of course
help where I can.

James, I think having our own forum would be great.
You could use the Yahoo Group
(WNCWebTechnologyNetwork) I created months ago:
http://tech.group....

Looking forward to meeting everyone soon.

Hello everyone,

Still no meetup date set for the near future. I had a
few responses to the last message, but I'm still
waiting to hear from some of you. (You know who you
are)

In the meantime...check out this message from
Chris...(pasted below)

Hey man, you guys are more than welcome to attend some
of our meetups. We are actually getting College
street bar to ourselves on March 24. We'll be
watching a movie for part of the time but we'll be
getting discounts on food and drink! Let me know!
BTW, almost everyone in my meetup group is in some
sort of IT position...[

So, there's a good meetup to hold you over until we
can schedule our next meetup. And thanks to Chris for
the invite.

Also, I'm hoping that you all had a chance to check
out the email from Ben and have considered his ideas
about the "show-and-tell". And the idea about
meeting for lunch could work out for many of us also,
I'm sure.

I'm hoping we can all stay involved and connected and
maybe by having lunch meetups, and connecting with
other groups, we can continue to build our group.

Also, I think we should be trying to meet/collaborate
online in some manner. Any suggestions? Skype? IM?
Our own forum or website?

Need feedback!

See ya,
--James
