For anyone that hasn't heard of Cosmos... this refers to what is currently the biggest restaurant in the UK. Its an eat as much as you like mainly Chinese/Asian/Indian/Japanese buffet (which also has the usual oddities of Pizza, chips, kids foods, Sunday roasts and the odd bit of Mexican thrown in to boot)... it has lots of food and several counters of desserts (and a chocolate fountain to boot).

      - There is a HUGE selection of buffet food that you can just go and serve yourself from as you'd expect to find. There is also a few 'live' cooking stations where you order from the station and wait for the food to be cooked and then take it back to your table. There is also some speciality food stations where you hand them a numbered clothes peg (which you will find one of for every person on the table attached to the drinks menu at your table) and they cook it and bring it back over to you (along with your clothes peg) <The peg is kinda there to stop you over ordering as it restricts you to ordering from one station at a time for these extra items but also is your table number for delivery>...

      - Despite this place seating 800 people at a time a booking on a Saturday is kind of a must - I have heard countless stories from people who have turned up at the door and simply been turned away as they have been oversubscribed or where they have been told to wait 45mins for a table on weekends.
      - You will be asked to leave when your time runs out (by this stage you will have been full of food for quite a long time and probably find it hard to get up)
