I teach Bootcamp classes at Phitness Plus and I can get you a FREE class on Sunday mornings at 9AM.  I'll schedule this event for every Sunday (except if I need to be out of town).

My classes are low impact F.I.T.T. Camps and focus on a full body workout.  Each person will work at their level with a special emphasis on proper alignment to eliminate pain.  Everything starts at the core so we'll work our middle sections throughout the one hour session.

For my friends and MeetUp members you'll get to join us for FREE on Sunday mornings.  This is a great MeetUp to bring your whole family (men, women and kids of all ages workout at P+) or a workout buddy to.  All for FREE.

After the workout I'll spend a few minutes with you for a quick personal consult.  At that time we'll schedule a time for a full 1/2 hour FREE follow-up personal consult also.

For everyone who RSVPs I'll send you my cell number so you can reach me if you have any questions.

About the Resilience Research Center

The Center for Resilient Cities is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that practices sustainable community development, working with neighbors to build communities that are good for people and good for the environment. Our process starts by asking neighbors about the values, needs and priorities of the community. Then we lend our expertise and develop partnerships to address both current and future challenges within the neighborhood.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
