Event Details: Get healthy from the inside out!  Most of us know that the food we eat affects our health, but it also affects how quickly we age and how good we look.  If you're looking to reverse a chronic condition, lose weight and keep it off, or just look and feel better, then this meetup is for you.

Brittany Miller, registered dietitian, will be speaking on this topic with an open discussion at the end.  A delicious light meal and refreshments will be provided, as well as some great recipes!

Bio: Brittany Miller is a registered dietitian with a passion for real, whole food nutrition.  As a clinical dietitian, her work often reminds her just how much the food we eat affects not only our health, but our quality of life.  She empowers people to lose weight, reverse disease, and simply feel better by promoting high-antioxidant foods and teaching effective behavioral strategies.  Sharing what seems to be the "secret" to weight loss and health is what she loves to do most!
