    I need to say something right now. Noon is not a "PM" time. It's neutral. I guess many people like to call it a "PM" because it's 12 hours after midnight. Think of noon as if it were like the number 0 (zero) and that the "AM" times are like negative numbers and that the "PM" times are like positive numbers.
