ease into a group exercise class for women

For everyone interested in opportunities to exercise and be healthier; I work at a local gym and I've been able to set up times to invite you to workout for free in a supportive and safe environment.

The workout is designed to give you modified, low-impact drills as an alternative to strengthen your body so you will be able to condition those weak areas. Immediately seeing results in most areas of your life, balance, strength, stability.

Phitness Plus focuses on holistic health: proper movement, proper nutrition, stress reduction, improved sleep...  Both group classes and individualized trainings are available.

Please wear comfortable clothing.  Shoes are not required.  All equipment, towels and water are provided - just bring a water bottle.

We'll also fill out a quick personal assessment form with each of you.
