WHY BOOTCAMP? Bootcamp is WAY more effective than a gym membership. Bootcamp is a cross between a regular fitness class and personal training. Personal training is $50-$70/hr. Regular fitness classes don’t correct your form for starters. Better Body Bootcamp will give you attention to form, motivation, information on exercises, stretches, whatever you ask. You get 15 minutes a month to call or email Erika on any question you may have on health or fitness. If she doesn’t know the answer right away she will follow up with you.
