Hi there,

Correct form is crucial for reduction of injuries and efficiency of our exercises. Many people in group exercise classes and at the gym are doing things incorrectly leading to more imbalances which lead to overuse injuries.

The number 1 offenders are: squats, lunges, push ups, planks, rows, dead lifts and many core exercises. We will cover more if we have time at the end. Once we get the form down we will then go into an benchmarking phase. You will be given a sheet provided by me, to track our group timed exercises. I time and observe you count and record. I will keep them on file to see how you have improved the next time we meet. I will offer this class every 4-6 weeks to keep you all accountable and working towards a goal.

You will be supplied with a basic workout you can do at home or at a gym.
