150 mile six week challenge

Let's give our fitness goals a boast with a six week 150 mile challange! Simply walk, jog, or run your way to a healthier you in the next six weeks. 150 miles equals 3 miles a day over 50 days. We will meet as a group for a weekly walk/run every Saturday @ 8:45 at pacers running store in pentagon row. All levels are welcomed and encourage to come out.

    Hi Ladies...I know its cold today, but the temps will warm up by Sat...weather forecast is 65 degrees. We will meet at the front of the tunnel at 8:45am. If you are new, just park in the free satellite parking lot directly across from Pentagon City. The tunnel is located in the parking lot. Please let me know if you need directions.
