What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is about identifying what you want in your life and working with a Life Coach to make it happen. It is a professional partnership between the coach and the client. Coaches help us gain clarity about our goals and define what is most important to us. Coaches help us to overcome obstacles and challenges, which supports us to move forward more effectively and efficiently.

    Managing Your Energy - Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical
    After reviewing Action Tasks regarding Procrastinating on The Things That Have Meaning to You. We began the discussion of Spirtual Energy. We learned some new terms. Chakras which is a wheel-like spinning vortex that whirls in a circular motion forming a vacuum in the center that draws in anything it encounters on its particular vibratory level. The body has 7 main Chakras that starts from the top of the head to the bottom of the spine. These Chakras work together in managing our spiritual, mental, emotional and physical balance. To Better understand how to feed these 7 Chakras, we are participating in the 21`Day Meditation Challenge for Creating Abundance. This is free and we are in day 3.     Wow, we're going into our next month of "Get The Junk Out Your Trunk." Three months of intense cleaning of our mindset. We've identified 10 steps to consistently moving our lives forward. We've focused on how procrastinating on the things that has meaning to us drains our energy and keeps us from pursuing our dreams. We know now that procrastination is a symptom of something else going on. We are able to identify the root cause, the triggers, and how to stop doing it. Now it's all about practice. This month we will look at how we manage our energy. In order to move forward effectively, one must be masterful of self; be tuned into who you are and connected to your unique gift. It takes time to step into your greatness; most importantly it takes actions steps daily and support to catch you if you wobble or fall. My clients are amazing people and I am committed to their success.
