In response to several queries, I thought I'd explain what this group does to everyone...
Happiness Soup was started by Seema Seraj several months ago and provides empathetic support for people who want to change their relationship to food, eating and his/her body. It's a non diet approach to changing how, when, how much you eat, and healing from the tendency to 'use' food to solve problems in your life.
You don't have to be overweight of course. Most of the women are not, but have struggled with food, eating, and dieting for years, and we know that the struggle is not about food, it's about emotions and self esteem.
So I hope that clarifies this a bit, and you can go the the Happiness Soup meetup page to join if you like.
