I attended this speakers workshop last year on optimal health, & it was amazing! The principals that he teaches are timeless and can be applied to achieve success in any area of your life.  I disliked the way that I looked for so long, esp my lower body. For the longest time all I did was complain and was insecure about it, over time I just got tired.. Tired of being skinny, insecure, unhappy with looking at myself in the mirror and feeling that empty feeling inside after complaining about it. You would think that it would make you feel better but it didn’t. So I decided to implement all that I had learned! Gained a healthy 26lbs of muscle weight over the last 5months!! :D
