This is a meet up group for Women-only, a space for female energy to come together and be empowered by one another...for we women are beautiful, strong yet gentle, absolute weavers of magic and we need to realise the Goddess within each one of us and embrace this amazing power that we hold in our waters.

I hold various meditations and workshops as well as healing sessions where women can come, circle and journey. Also holding Reiki shares and space for sacred ritual, this is a haven for the woman looking to unite with her wise woman.

There are no rules at meditation for relaxation, you can sit or lie down, lean against a wall for support...anyway that makes you feel most comfortable. The atmosphere is always calm and very special with the use of candles, aromatherapy burning oils, soft music with Tibetan Singing Bowls & Oracle cards used on alternate occasions. Using the moon, nature and mother earth as guidance...I call on Native American ancestors to hold and secure the space, opening the channel for divine light and truth. Th

These women only events allow us to be free, journey, express, heal and arrive...realign ourselves with our wise woman! This is an ever a welcoming space and I encourage you to come with your friends, sisters or Mum. Help the women in your life to feel fulfilled, help yourself to embrace your femininity by working on what is on the inside and arriving to a place of inner peace, confidence and wisdom.

VISUALISATION MEDITATION
Visualisation meditation is different each time, influenced by energy changes, cycles of the moon, seasons and ancient teachings, however the layout remains the same with women coming together, lieing down and receiving meditation & healing. Along this journey, I may guide you with the vibration of Tibetan Singing Bowls, aroma oils, chakra scents, tribal drum, blessed water and many other beautiful ceremonial gifts that aid us in complete relaxation and divine acceptance of the self.
