Get ready for the fun ride of the year - this year's second annual CycloFemme ride.
Cyclofemme celebrates women on bikes, any and every way we ride.
Check out the web site: www.cyclofemme.com
This year, we have the great good luck to have Clever Cycles be the start point for our ride. Then we'll roll on out to Lent's Park, stop for mini-cupcakes, a confluence with at least one other CycloFemme ride, and a short inspiring talk by CycloFemme founder Sarai Snyder.
After the cupcakes we'll do a short parade ride loop between Lents Park and Ed Benedict Park. Temporary tattoos and balloons, oh my.
Those who want to can continue on the rest of Sunday Parkways course, or ride 'home' - back to Clever Cycles - with our group.
The theme for this ride is pretty dresses, and that's really open to your interpretation.
The ride celebrates women but is open to men - hoping that they do a pretty dresses interpretation, too!
Hope you can make it!
Visit the Sunday Parkways site for more information on the East Sunday Parkways kickoff on May 12.
If you want to help out for this ride, I need extra mini-cupcake bakers, as well as someone who might want to help with a bit of ride marketing. Contact me at [masked] if you can help.
