We have two chances for gentle yoga each week - Wed. evenings from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. In this evening class we concentrate on restoration, and relaxation, and we usually focus on a certain area of interest to cyclists. This month it is shoulders.
Sunday mornings we have a more vigorous class, still suitable for beginners, and sometimes we finish with a ride. Both of these classes are suitable for beginners.
