The purpose of our Meetup is to provide support, motivation and professional fitness guidance for women of all ages and fitness levels. Meet other local women interested in group fitness classes, fitness and nutrition tips and staying motivated!
We meet 2-3 days per week for fun, results-driven indoor total body fat-burning circuit training workouts. Our workouts are constantly varied and results driven and consist of all the big calorie burners from boxing, kickboxing, fat-blasting cardio intervals and plenty of abs and core works to tone and firm your entire body, strenghten your core for a firm midsection!
