Most Women need a time and space to connect. This is a group to help you cultivate connection with your female Mind, Body, Spirit, and Emotions suing techniques of wellness and yoga. This group will explore a range of topics to include meditation, emotional processing, nutrition, sexuality and female healing.
In this group we will explore and study mindfulness topics that affect women's health to include hormonal balance, relationships, sexuality, meditation, fitness, breath work, relaxation, yoga energetic healing, and topics for wellness that will help you integrate wellness into your daily life.
Some of the meet ups will be open forum and others will be workshops with a fee. You will have the chance to choose from a wide variety of selections for advancing your healthy mind, body, spirit and emotions.
