Women Who Walk is a new fitness and personal development group for busy women who want to accomplish more in less time. We combine a one-hour walk (approximately three miles) with discussion focused on a different aspect of self-growth. Each walk begins with a few questions--food for thought--and once walkers have had a few minutes to reflect on those questions, they pair up with a partner and share answers as they walk. Walkers are also encouraged to set goals, develop strategies for attaining those goals, and keep the group posted on progress toward them.
