“ Assemblyman Mike DenDekker, Civil Court Judges Tom Manton and Carmen Velasquez, and many other local leaders (including Council Candidate Brent O'Leary) joined to look at our success petitioning this last month, and planning activities for the coming month! a) we will organize a Club graffiti clean-up for the early fall; b) Our Year's End Party will be in the first week of December; c) We will meet next Sept. 9th, before the primary elections; d) Rita Manton will coordinate actions to limit the impact of a new nightclub on Northern Blvd. and 57th St. that doesn't have the correct permits. f) We will attend the MTA public meeting next Thursday, to suggest transportation modifications in the area. And much more! :-) ”
