Working with Salvaged Wood

Discarded furniture, palettes, gut-renovation leftovers...it looks like trash but often these curbside items can be salvaged into workable and even beautiful hardwood lumber! In this class, you will learn how to clean up and square up rough and salvaged lumber using the table saw, planer and jointer. We will cover techniques and tool safety as well as how to sort the treasure from the junk at curbside.

Fee is $125. Safety equipment provided. Class size is limited to 4 people

Please reserve your spot for this class by registering and paying at the Makeville Studio online store or with Paypal through Meetup.

Successful completion of this class can be applied toward Makeville Studio Workshop Certification. More info...

Would love to attend this, but want to vote tomorrow, and only have the evening to do it. Sorry!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
