Tuesday nights are fit nights. This is where you will get to try all the Beachbody workout programs from Insanity, P90X, Rev Abs, Brazil Butt Lift, and Turbo Fire! You will leave sweaty, exhausted and happy that you came.
Looking forward to growing a fun group of fitness enthusiasts that want to be in shape and support each other while changing our lives for the better! This group is for beginners and experts alike. Beginners will be shown options to suit their fitness levels.
