Did you know that October 14th is National Dessert Day? To get into the holiday spirit, we've decided to host a cooking class, titled Sweet Surrender - and it's all about desserts. Chef James King, the executive chef at Eastpointe Country Club (you may also remember from his time spent at Verdea or at EDGE at Four Seasons Miami), will be teaching this interactive class and it's sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. He has created an enticing menu adding a contemporary twist to traditional dessert favorites. This class is limited to just 10 guests, so please sign up early if you'd like to attend. Cost is $40. For those of you who would like a glass of wine, you are welcome to BYOB. The Ancient Olive will provide glassware. An apron is also recommended.
