I have an idea, or a question: would anyone be interested in a seminar session on the differences in dialogue between men and women? Everyone seems to believe they speak differently, but what are the main differences?
    Anybody else interested in that?
Does anyone think they have any useful information to impart on that subject?
(could the above have been spoken by a woman?)

there is a *lot* of discussion of this topic online and elsewhere. i think this piece makes a lot of sense: http://www.intergalac... especially germain is her observation that some men may feel clueless on the opposite gender matter because they live in a man's world and do not have the experience that women do of negotiating the various manifestations of this reality.

The Novacane effect from this morning's root canal is no longer working; therefore I must work at keeping the pain away. Sorry to miss the meeting. On the plus side, I think I found a good way to edit and to identify the missing parts of my writing. I am trying to finalize a finished product to share with the group.

No symptom of flu, just tired and needed to catch up on translation work. Had to build my own dictionary. BTW, my Chapter 3 is uploaded.

I've brought this up a couple of times and would love to see a panel of writers our writers attack the issue. Or at least discuss it...

At the top of this page, just click "more" and then "files" to upload. Use page numbers, and limit submissions to 10-12 pages double spaced. Provide some context in the "comments" section, especially when uploading chapters of a novel.

Interested in joining your group. Nevertheless, this week is not possible for me. Hopefully sometime this month?

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
