If I may, this group is fun. It is a way to tickle your brain and get those synapses sending messages to your hand. I love hearing what other people wrote. You might find that the hour spent away from your project gives you renewed energy and creativity to continue. Whatever you do, please enjoy the process of your project. Best wishes.

I am looking for the right group to join. I am a nonfiction writer and I need some feedback on my writing.

Penelope, I am assuming your questions were answered by Kathy? You can ignore the prompts and workmon ykur novel, nomproblem. We do write long hand only. We find we connect with the creative process in a way we like that way. The only exception we make is if someone has a physical limitation to it

Please do join us and try long hand. You might like the connection.

I am looking forward to another fruitful writing session! It appears that we can anticipate a good turnout for tomorrow.

Hey! So I am interested in attending, but am unsure of the logistics: do I just go to the restaurant and ask where you folks meet or...?

Sara, just go to the restaurant and you will see us all there around a big table.

Do you meet at any other locations? The restaurant's environment doesn't appeal to me for writing.

We always meet at the restaurant. We meet before it opens, so it is fairly quiet.

I can only come for the first 45 minutes.. Do you get started right away?

Helen, we do try to start at 9 with a three-minute warmup. People do trickle in and join as soon as they get there. We take a break at about 10. If you can only come for the first 45 - no problem! We would love to have you join us for whatever part of the session you can. Hope to see you!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
