Hi Stacey - I'm new to the Raleigh area. I'm trying to find someone I can ask some questions of -- I sent a manuscript (children's book) to a publisher, and I have little idea of what I need to do in case it comes back accepted. Do I get an agent? Can I do it myself? Who do I get in touch with?

Is there someone I can connect with who can help me a little with this? It seems these "meetups" are all filled up.

Hey! yeah depending on the size of the group. At FSB we have a third floor that we rent out for special activities (probably prohibitive expense for a little group like this), or if the group isn't too big, we might be able just to get a table. How big are the meetings?
