Who's hosting? Pat

Active, highly advanced writers providing each other in-depth critiques. Not an open-mic format - critiques are prepared prior to their delivery at the meetings.  Regular participation is necessary, as is the ability to submit new material at least once a month. All genres/forms welcome. Meets the first and third Monday of each month.

I've tried to email but not sure if it's going through. I can meet on 3/10.

Sorry about that. I asked prematurely. I need to work only with contemporary women's fiction. Would not be of any help with sci-fi or YA. Sorry. Pcondon

Would like very much to join. Have my second novel ready for submission, I hope. Would you please put me down on your waiting list? Or list? Thanks much.

I've signed up. So, is this mainly a critique group? Am I supposed to bring an example of my writing? If so, are people concerned that their work might be plagiarized?

I'm new to the group myself, usually you have to assist in reviewing others before you introduce your own work. I wouldn't worry about someone stealing your work, even without a copyright you're legally covered in regards to anyone stealing your ideas.

Marvin, I am the administrator of this group. We select who will be reviewed in advance and they post their work to a private google site. Members of the group then prepare written critiques which are then discussed at the meeting. Patrick is correct that you must review before you can submit.
