How did you hear about Triangle Writers?

Popped up on this site.

What kind of writing do you enjoy most?

Reading: everything. Writing: experimental prose of two sorts, (1) Steinian/Oulipo exercises in style, with dashes of Haruki Murakami and hiphop (2) New Narrative (melange of fiction, [anti]memoir, and theory).

How often do you write?

Every day.

Have you been published? Do you have a website?

I have an ethnographic essay published in the volume Art and the Performance of Memory (Routledge); my blog is at http://grittycute.blogspot.com. Shopping a novel.

Have you been involved with critique groups before?

I did fiction workshops as an undergrad, and was in a fiction group for a few months at the tail end of finishing my dissertation.

Have a Ph.D. in American Culture from Michigan, teach ethics to public policy majors at Duke, love Downtown Durham, a polymathic autodidact, a buddhist, parent of a toddler, addicted to music.
