Introduction
I've been a photographer for years. Having finally taken the plunge into digital in 2007, I've been making it a much bigger part of my life again. The BPC helps me maintain my own passion by being around other passionate photographers.
Tell us, just a little about yourself and why photography?
I got into photography through my interest in the outdoors. I wanted to share what I saw in the backcountry while hiking and backpacking. In the past couple of years, I've also become very interested in travel and documentary photography.

Exposure to people that have a passion for photography will raise your own passion for it. I always want to get out and shoot after every meeting/event. And I find that I definitely do get out between events much more often than when I do not have the inspiration of this group. Just a great, friendly, inspiring, knowledgeable group of people.

"When you say Adobe Photoshop CS, do you actually mean the first version of Creative Suite? If so, it could be a case of the Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) plugin not being 100% up to date. Try opening Photoshop, click on the Help menu and then Updates...."

"Thanks Banafsheh. Believe it or not, all these colors were straight out of the camera specifically on daylight WB. All I messed with was contrast and a bit of exposure in a few cases. The color of that sunset was just awesome."
