Description
You will be exploring Yoga Asanas (poses) and Pranayama (breathing technics) that increase your weight loss process and metabolism. Also you will learn diet and life style little tricks that will help you to become not just more flexible and stronger, but also a lot slimmer. No previous Yoga experience is required.Class instructor: Certified Yoga teacher Olga Zamyatin.

Olga has been working in private studios as well as fitness clubs. She has been teaching different styles of Yoga including Gentle Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga for Teens, Detox Yoga, Yoga for Weight Loss. OIga also is a certified Pilates Reformer/Mat instructor and holds B.A. in Theater Arts.
Olga believes in healthy life style without going to extremes. For her it is important to keep bringing the knowledge from the mat into everyday life, so you can live the best of yourself physically and emotionally.

Drop in class fee is $18.00
Prepaid package of 10 classes is $150.00 ($15.00 per class fee)
