Kundalini yoga & Meditation

You are invited to Kundalini yoga class, a meditative practice which guides you in using your creative energy for elevation of consciousness and healing.  It includes physical exercise, pranayama (breathwork), mantra (sound current), and meditation.  This practice helps calm the mind and emotions, balance your glandular system, and strengthen the nervous system.  It also opens and balances the chakras.

Time: Tuesday mornings 9-10 am & Thursday evenings 7:45-8:45 pm

Cost:  $10

Place: address will be given upon reservation (office is too small)

Bring: yoga mat and meditation cushion or folded blanket (extra pillows available)
