We have weekly check ins where participants 'challenge' each other to see who can lose the biggest % of body weight in 12 weeks -
Each participant has their own Wellness Coach and support - there are weekly trainings to educate people on how to get the best results possible!
Any weight loss program can be used as long as it is healthy -
This class is for anyone who wants to reach their weight loss goals, improve their health and energy levels, and have fun!
Each week we will:
work with all participants to help them get continuous results with their weight loss and energy goals -
we will have classes in nutrition so people can be informed about improving their own health -
