Group runs from 5 miles to 15+ miles depending on your fitness level and your training goals. Groups separated into equal ability levels. Runs begin at 7am. Encouraged to arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can warm up/stretch before beginning the run.
Rohr Park runs head east through Sweetwater Regional Park trails and horse ranches, up trails by Sweetwater Summit Campgrounds and beyond; or through trails by Rohr Park, heading west through the trials by the golf range, along the Sweetwater Channel to San Diego Bay Pier and back; maybe the hills at Rancho Del Rey, etc.
