Body Awakening Class

Bring balance to your body, mind and spirit with Qigong and Tai Chi. This is an introductory program that focuses on movement and breath to increase the Qi or energy in the body, strengthen your immune system, build physical strength and stamina and increase joint flexibility. All of the movements are designed to promote good health, body awareness and harmony between the body and mind.
