Women's Group for Survivors of Sexual Abuse Join us for an evening of healing and therapeutic yoga. If you are a survivor of sexual abuse, then this support group is for you. When: 11/8/11 and 12/13/11 Where: Campbell Community Center 1 W. Campbell Ave., Campbell CA Room E-42 (Board Room) Time: 7pm-9pm Cost: $20 The evening of healing will consist sharing and connecting with other women in a safe and caring environment. Therapeutic healing will be offered through restorative yoga, breath work, guided meditation and healing touch. Restorative yoga is easy enough for those of all levels of practice. Joanne Varni is a certified Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga practitioner and sexual abuse survivor. She teaches at Breathe in Los Gatos and also conducts workshops for sexual abuse survivors.
